Bruno’s Art and Sculpture Garden is a privately owned garden located in Marysville, Victoria, Australia. The garden features over 100 contemporary sculptures created by Bruno Torfs. He is often described as an eccentric artist due to his unique artistic vision and unconventional approach to sculpture. He was born in Argentina and spent many years traveling the world before settling in Australia in 1995.
His sculptures are highly imaginative and often feature fantastical creatures and characters. He is known for his use of vibrant colors, intricate details, and a variety of materials, including clay, bronze, and recycled materials.
His garden, like most of the Marysville township was decimated in the 2009 bushfires, but with perseverance, it was the first establishment in Marysville to reopen afterwards. The sculpture garden features over 120 works of art. Sculptures are spread out throughout the garden, which is set in a peaceful forested area. Some of the sculptures depict human and animal forms, while others are more abstract in nature.
